Between AllOne Infinity, LLC

Hereinafter referred to as “AllOne”

And the signer of this agreement, a Belize Retreat participant, hereinafter referred to as  “participant.”

WHEREAS

AllOne is conducting a karmic healing retreat program as per the AllOne holistic therapy methods and

WHEREAS

The participant requests acceptance to this Karmic Healing Retreat program and undergo training and exercises that will enable him/er to independently create alignment in their body, mind and spirit, based on the unique AllOne format.

The terms of this agreement have been agreed upon by both parties as follows:

1.  The participant will register for this retreat and submit payment. 
2.  The participant commits to be present and fully participate in all the lessons, workshops, and do all the exercises and homework assigned as requested by the teachers.
3. During the retreat, participant agrees to conduct themselves with integrity and treat all other participants with respect at all times. 
4. Participant agrees to maintain an uplifting countenance and be an asset to the whole. 
5. Participant agrees to holistic and spiritual counseling, the demonstration and instruction in the use of herbs, vitamins, nutrition and energy therapy for the purpose of enhancing health and well-being.
6. Participant acknowledges that it is their decision to use or refuse said advice.
7. AllOne make no claims, promises or guarantees, and is neither diagnosing nor treating specific health issues or challenges.

Participant declares they have read this agreement, understood this agreement, and agree to sign it of their own free will as follows:
